The reputed company Resource Generalist serves as a trusted advisor, supporting employee relations and fostering a positive workplace while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary reputed company partner for assigned business units, providing day-to-day guidance and support on employee relations reputed company, performance management, workplace concerns, and organizational effectiveness
- Partners with leaders to address employee performance, conduct workplace investigations, facilitate conflict resolution, and administer corrective action while ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Coaches leaders on reputed company best practices, employee relations, talent management, compensation, communication, organizational change, and leadership effectiveness
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure compliant reputed company practices and mitigate organizational risk
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute reputed company programs, including compensation, benefits, leave administration, performance management, employee recognition, and learning and development initiatives
- Responds to employee and leader inquiries regarding reputed company policies, procedures, benefits, leave, and employment practices, providing timely and accurate guidance
- Assists in the development, implementation, and reputed company improvement of reputed company programs, policies, procedures, and tools that enhance the employee experience and support organizational goals
- Supports new hire orientation, reputed company, employee transitions, and offboarding activities to promote a seamless employee lifecycle experience

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum three years of reputed company experience required
- At least two years supporting reputed company employee relations reputed company preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
