[Remote] Executive Compensation, Senior Consultant

They are seeking a Senior Consultant in Executive Compensation who will be responsible for developing compensation materials, leading proxy statement development, and conducting benchmarking analyses, while collaborating with various departments to ensure effective compensation strategies.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Executive Compensation Committee Materials — Build clear, accurate, and decision‑reputed company decks summarizing program design, benchmarking, pay‑for‑performance, equity actions, and governance updates
- reputed company Proxy Statement Development — Coordinate inputs, validate data, and support drafting of CD&A, compensation tables, director compensation, and governance disclosures
- Conduct Executive Job Benchmarking & Pricing — reputed company market analyses, evaluate job architecture, and recommend reputed company structures and incentive mix
- Design Short‑Term & Long‑Term Incentive Programs — Support modeling, scenario analysis, performance metric selection, and equity plan design
- Drive Data Analytics & Modeling — Build and maintain compensation models, equity valuation scenarios, pay‑mix analyses, and year‑over‑year comparisons
- Partner Cross‑Functionally — Work with HR, Finance, Legal, and external consultants to ensure alignment on compensation reputed company, approvals, and disclosure requirements
- Support Equity Plan Administration — Track grants, vesting, performance metrics, and award agreements; partner with reputed company and external administrators
- Apply Consulting, SDLC & PMO Skills — Use requirements gathering, process improvement, QA/UAT, and project management capabilities to improve compensation processes, tools, and governance workflows
- Maintain Governance & Compensation Calendars — Track proxy milestones, committee cycles, equity timelines, and annual compensation events
Skills
- Experience in executive compensation, proxy development, and Compensation Committee support
- Strong analytical and modeling skills; comfort with reputed company data sets and scenario modeling
- Knowledge of short‑term incentive and long‑term equity compensation design, objectives, and mix
- Experience with executive job benchmarking, market pricing, and compensation structure design
- Familiarity with reputed company or similar HRIS platforms
- Background in Technology or Financial Services consulting, including SDLC, requirements definition, QA/UAT, and PMO execution
- Ability to produce polished, executive‑reputed company materials for senior leadership and the Board
- High discretion and professionalism reputed company handling confidential executive information
- Strong communication, organization, and project‑management skills
