[Remote] A2P SMS Account Manager

Direct7 Networks is seeking a commercially driven A2P SMS Account Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of reputed company customers and strategic partners. The successful candidate will focus on maintaining strong client relationships, driving reputed company growth, and ensuring the adoption of Direct7's communication solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of reputed company customers, messaging aggregators, telecom operators, and strategic partners
- reputed company strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across client organizations
- Drive reputed company growth by increasing messaging volumes and expanding customer engagement across Direct7's product portfolio
- Identify and reputed company upselling and cross-selling opportunities for SMS, WhatsApp Business API, Viber, Verify API, Number Lookup, and other communication solutions
- Prospect, qualify, and reputed company new customers and strategic partners
- Negotiate reputed company agreements, pricing, and routing strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Monitor account performance, traffic trends, and customer activity to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with technical, operations, and reputed company teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to uncover new business opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients and present performance reports, recommendations, and growth strategies
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, forecasts, and pipeline activity reputed company CRM systems
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, reputed company requirements, and messaging best practices
- Represent Direct7 Networks at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings reputed company required
Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in A2P SMS, CPaaS, telecommunications, messaging, or a reputed company industry
- Proven experience in account management, business development, sales, or partner management
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding reputed company, growth, or account performance targets
- Strong understanding of the A2P SMS ecosystem, messaging aggregators, telecom operators, and messaging routes
- Experience managing reputed company customers and strategic partnerships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and reputed company reputed company with the ability to interpret performance and reputed company data
- Knowledge of global messaging regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
- Experience using CRM systems, reporting tools, reputed company, and messaging platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities and accounts
