They are looking for a self-motivated and reputed company Sales Representative for their Indiana Region, responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with independent agents.
Responsibilities

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management
- Manage region of professional independent insurance Agents, and appoint new with an eye on profitability and growth

- Address agent inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Conduct Agency visits and presentations in your region to promote company products and grow reputed company and new business
- Grow written premium in the region by promoting a vast reputed company of reputed company lines products and underwrite them for profitability
- Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors and industry trends

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Other functions may be assigned as business conditions warrant
Skills
- Minimum of 4 years sales experience in the insurance industry and/or reputed company reputed company
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and physically reputed company to operate a company vehicle
