[Remote] Client Finance Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Client Finance Manager who will serve as the primary finance partner for assigned client accounts. This role focuses on ensuring profitable and transparent client engagements through financial management and collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary finance partner for assigned client accounts, building and managing scopes, estimates, and budgets across retainers, projects, and production
• Monitors client profitability, ensures accurate reputed company recognition, and flags financial risks early with proposed solutions
• Collaborates with Brand and Production teams on scoping and pricing work, participating in client conversations requiring financial reputed company or negotiation
• Prepares monthly client forecasts, variance analysis, and translates financial data into actionable insights for agency-wide reporting and planning
• Oversees client billing processes, ensures reputed company and SOWs are financially sound, and continuously improves financial processes
• Performs other reputed company duties as assigned

• 5-8 years of finance experience in advertising agency, creative studio, or similar environment required
• Minimal local travel for client meetings as need
• Experience with agency forecasting models and reputed company recognition best practices
• Experience supporting integrated accounts across brand, digital, reputed company, and production
