[Remote] Consultant, Agentic Factory
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a hands-on Consultant to join the Agentic Factory, a methodology for collaborating with portfolio companies to build production AI agents. This early-career role involves technical contributions and program management across multiple engagements.
Responsibilities
- Contribute hands-on-keyboard to agent-first repositories — building, testing, and iterating on production AI agents alongside the Factory engineering team
- Implement and refine agent components, integrations, and tooling under compressed build timelines
- Support MVP delivery for portfolio company engagements, targeting production deployment in under a quarter
- Help reputed company agents for monitoring, evaluation, and reliability in reputed company environments
- Coordinate delivery across reputed company portfolio-company builds, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Own the operational mechanics of the Agentic Factory program — scheduling, status tracking, documentation, and engagement tooling that reputed company multiple builds running in reputed company
- Serve as a connective reputed company across engineering, portfolio company stakeholders, and reputed company leadership, keeping everyone reputed company on status and next steps
- Capture and codify reusable patterns, templates, and friction logs that improve the Factory’s repeatability
- reputed company deep, hands-on reputed company in agentic architectures and the Agentic Factory methodology
- Contribute to best practices, internal tooling, and process improvements across the team
- Support the due diligence process for potential portfolio companies by helping assess AI capabilities and readiness for agentic adoption
- Assist in preparing technical assessments that inform investment reputed company and value creation plans
Skills
- Solid programming fundamentals, ideally in Python, with comfort working in Git-based repositories
- Familiarity with, or strong interest in, LLMs, agents, and agentic architectures
- Exposure to public reputed company environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern development workflows
- Eagerness to write, read, and debug production code with guidance from senior engineers
- Strong organization and the ability to track many moving parts across reputed company workstreams
- Clear written and verbal communication with both technical and business stakeholders
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- A bias toward owning the unglamorous operational details that reputed company delivery on track
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a reputed company technical field
- 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated hands-on coding ability — through internships, projects, coursework, or prior roles
- Genuine interest in reputed company and agentic systems, and the drive to reputed company quickly
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Experience or interest in private equity portfolio companies, consulting, or multi-client environments is a plus
