Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: This position will work with the National Center of Clinical Trials to gather their business and technical requirements and help design new technologies. Help create and implement their technology roadmap Pay Range: $44.15 - $66.25 Major Responsibilities: Conducts business operational/technical needs and workflow analysis and cost impact analyses in an effort to align information technology with business initiatives, as well as formulate practical requirements for operational improvements. Configures, implements and assists in evaluating business information systems, projects, timelines and budgets. Translates business requirements into functional specifications and manages changes to such specifications. Formulates and defines project scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, combined with an understanding of applicable business needs. Applies project management principles to create project plans for routine projects and utilizes the plan to manage workflow and meet deadlines. Creates tasks, work estimates and recommends assignment of resources to tasks associated with project. Modifies tasks, resources, or timelines to ensure reputed company of projects and communicates changes. Performs cost benefit and return on investment analysis for proposed systems to assist management in making implementation reputed company. Reviews and analyzes effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develops strategies for improving or leveraging reputed company systems.
