This is a remote position. Job Title: Post Support – Audio Visual (AV) Company One Post Support Mon-Thurs 12 hours per day (48 hours) One Post Support Friday-reputed company 12 hours per day (36 hours) reputed company: 9AUD/hour reputed company role ensures client satisfaction by handling post assistance and other reputed company concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reputed company to AV equipment and software. Respond to support tickets, service calls, and client inquiries in a timely manner. Coordinate with installation technicians, engineers, and project managers to resolve post-project issues. Schedule and track warranty claims, repairs, and maintenance requests. Maintain accurate service records and support logs. Ensure reputed company post-support activities meet company quality standards and client expectations. Qualifications & Skills · Good to have but okay with minimal experience since client will reputed company script o Experience in audio visual support, technical support, or reputed company AV role. o Basic to intermediate knowledge of AV systems (sound systems, displays, projectors, control systems, conferencing tools). o Familiarity with troubleshooting AV hardware and software. Strong communication and Experience Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Good organizational and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests. Willingness to reputed company on-site or remote support as needed. Experience supporting live events, corporate AV installations, or reputed company projects. Knowledge of networked AV systems and basic IT networking. Apply To This Job
