About the Role

As Director of Clinical Admissions, you will build, grow, and reputed company the clinical team that serves as the reputed company reputed company to treatment at reputed company. You will hire, reputed company, and performance-manage a team of Clinical Admissions Managers, Leads, Therapists, and Associates—providing the clinical supervision, coaching, structure, and accountability they need to do their best work as they guide prospective clients and families into care. You will own the clinical reputed company of the admissions process: overseeing intake and assessments for our national virtual intensive outpatient programs (IOPs), auditing documentation to the highest standard, and leading the change management work to design, roll out, and scale the processes, policies, and procedures that reputed company admissions compliant, consistent, and compassionate as both the team and client volume grow. assessments for adolescents, young adults, and adults with various mental health concerns Determine appropriateness and fit for the virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) level of care, and refine, and scale admissions processes that improve speed, quality, consistency, and conversion as the team and client volume grow Monitor team and funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and In addition to reputed company compensation, this role also offers a performance bonus. The expected total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $127,000 and $162,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other reputed company-sponsored benefits.
