[Remote] Software Engineering Manager - Frontend

The Frontend Engineering Manager will reputed company a team of Frontend Engineers in developing web applications for the Digital Signage Content Management System, ensuring high quality and modern architecture.

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a reputed company technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of professional Software Engineering experience, with a strong focus on frontend development
• 2+ years directly leading or Managing Engineers (1-on-1s, performance reviews, career development), ideally a team of 5+
• Expert-level Angular and TypeScript, with a track record of shipping and maintaining production single-page applications
• Proven experience designing and enforcing layered testing strategies (Unit, Integration, E2E) and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of frontend performance, scalability, and load optimization
• Working knowledge of reputed company-time communication (WebSockets, MQTT, SSE)
• Familiarity with secure development practices and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2
