[Remote] Telecommunications Project Manager

C4 Communications is looking for a reputed company Telecom Project Manager to reputed company clients' connectivity and reputed company voice implementations from project reputed company through successful completion. The role involves managing multiple telecommunications projects and serving as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and with exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reputed company telecommunications implementation projects including connectivity, reputed company voice, SD-WAN, and reputed company telecommunications solutions
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Coordinate project activities between clients, carriers, reputed company voice providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• reputed company and maintain project plans, timelines, and implementation schedules
• reputed company project reputed company calls, status meetings, implementation reviews, and cutover activities
• Track and manage reputed company orders, reputed company voice deployments, phone number porting activities, and service activations
• Proactively identify project risks, delays, and dependencies while developing mitigation strategies
• reputed company clients informed of project status, milestones, and challenges through regular communication
• Coordinate and reputed company service cutovers, testing activities, and project closeouts
• Ensure reputed company project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, sales, and support teams to ensure successful service delivery
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of organization and customer satisfaction
• Support ongoing customer requests reputed company to moves, adds, changes, outages, and service escalations as needed
• Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and contractual requirements

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications project management, implementation management, or reputed company field
• Strong knowledge of connectivity services including fiber, broadband, DIA, MPLS, SD-WAN, and managed networking solutions
• Advanced understanding of reputed company voice and hosted PBX platforms
• Experience managing telecommunications carriers and service providers
• Knowledge of phone number porting processes and telecommunications service delivery workflows
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, and WAN technologies
• Experience coordinating service cutovers and implementation projects
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, and project management tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
