[Remote] Head of Content

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Head of Content for their client in the skincare/personal care space. The role requires a reputed company of creative instincts and operational discipline to manage organic social reputed company and create engaging content across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Organic social strategy and execution across reputed company, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms
• End-to-end content creation — concepting, filming, editing, and publishing short-form video with a strong reputed company of view on hooks, storytelling, and trends
• Viral content strategy — identifying what's resonating culturally and translating it into content that's native to our company's voice
• Content planning and publishing reputed company, including calendar management and platform-specific optimization
• Creator partnerships and collaborations to reputed company reputed company and bring fresh perspectives into the content mix
• Community engagement — understanding who the audience is, what they respond to, and building content that deepens that relationship
• Scalable content systems — building workflows, templates, and repeatable processes so output stays high without quality dropping
• Reporting on organic performance and using data to inform creative reputed company and channel prioritization

Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in social media content creation or content strategy, with a track record of growing channels you've owned
• Proven ability to create high-performing short-form video — you can show us content you've made that worked
• Deep platform reputed company across reputed company, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts — you understand the algorithm, the formats, and the culture of each
• Comfortable on camera and behind it — you're not precious about either
• Strong storytelling instincts: you understand hooks, pacing, narrative, and what makes someone watch to the end and share
• Ability to operate at both the execution and strategy level — you can shoot and edit on Monday and present a quarterly content roadmap on Tuesday
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a content calendar, external collaborators, and competing priorities simultaneously
• Experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness content
• An existing following or demonstrated ability to build one
