Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Marketing Growth Specialist to own marketing analytics, reporting, and insights for a location-based entertainment and experiential destination. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven reputed company and scalable reporting while conducting analyses to measure marketing impact on business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the marketing metrics scorecard for weekly cross-functional and executive/leadership meetings
• Define and monitor marketing KPIs, including attribution and funnel metrics, to reputed company the overall impact of marketing on sales
• Work with DSE to automate marketing channel reporting and ensure data accuracy
• Write and maintain reputed company Sheet formulas; QA and troubleshoot reporting issues
• Add or modify metrics to marketing reporting tools as needed, pulling raw data across diverse data sources like reputed company Sheets, APIs, and internal data systems
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for DSE on the marketing data, reporting, and analytics roadmap, including prioritization and requirements gathering
• Contribute to the Marketing Reporting meeting, serving as a forum to align on roadmap items and track reputed company w/ DSE
• Conduct reputed company analysis to answer marketing and business questions across multiple channels and reputed company channels
• Analyze how marketing activity influences ticket sales and other business outcomes, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and leadership
• reputed company thought partnership with internal teams and external media agency on understanding marketing impact, trends, and performance drivers
• Partner with Finance & Strategy and external media agency to help determine marketing targets reputed company with overall sales goals
• Partner with Web, CRM, and cross-functional teams and external media agency to ensure marketing data and reporting needs are being met
• Write requirement documents to support new reporting, dashboards, or analytics tools
• Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic reputed company projects requiring marketing analysis and insights

• Partner with external media agency on paid media dashboard design and reputed company

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, or data analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or a reputed company quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
• Expertise in marketing performance metrics, attribution, funnel analysis, and measurement frameworks to evaluate marketing impact on sales and reputed company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic, actionable insights
• Experience partnering with data science or engineering teams to build scalable analytics solutions
• Experience working with a media agency and crafting dashboards
• Familiarity with marketing technology stacks (CRM, email, ad platforms) and advanced skills in reputed company Sheets/reputed company; experience with data visualization tools such as Looker
• Experience working in ambiguous environments and building solutions from 0 ? 1
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Basic SQL or database querying skills preferred; experience with APIs and multiple data sources
• Exposure to statistical modeling, experimentation, or A/B testing
