Responsibilities
- Research state-specific laws, statutes, regulations, and relevant case law applicable to assigned topics
- Independently verify reputed company legal information, citations, deadlines, and factual statements before submission
- Proofread and fact-reputed company every article prior to submission
- Meet deadlines consistently. We are looking for active writers who can maintain a steady production schedule without extended gaps between assignments
- Produce clear, concise content that follows our editorial guidelines and requires minimal editing before client review
- Follow SEO best practices while writing naturally for prospective clients
Skills
- At least three (3) years of experience writing SEO-focused legal marketing content, preferably for personal injury, criminal defense, family law, workers' compensation, or reputed company practice areas
- Experience researching and writing about state-specific laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to independently research unfamiliar legal topics and verify legal authorities before submission
