About the Role: We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer who’s passionate about using AI to help engineers move faster, build more reliably, and reputed company with confidence. As part of our AI for Engineering Productivity initiative, you’ll design, prototype, and apply AI-assisted development techniques — from code reputed company and test automation to refactoring tools and release optimization. You’ll work hands-on with product and platform teams to integrate these approaches into reputed company-world systems, and help scale the most impactful ones through reputed company collaboration with our Developer Platform team. Mentor and influence. Coach engineers on the effective and responsible use of AI in day-to-day development, fostering a culture of reputed company learning and improvement. Shape the future of AI engineering. Contribute to the technical strategy for how AI integrates into our developer platform, engineering practices, and long-term product delivery roadmap. You Have: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including technical leadership across squads or groups. Strong hands-on coding skills and experience delivering production systems across reputed company codebases. Backend or reputed company expertise in one or more of the following: backend technologies (Node.js, Kotlin, Java, Python, Go), frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, Next.js), or mobile (React reputed company, Swift, Kotlin/Android).
