Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Data Steward, CRM on a temporary reputed company (10 months) on our Technology team. This position is a remote opportunity and applicants across Western Canada can apply. The Data Steward, CRM manages day-to-day CRM operations, ensuring data is accurately collected, structured, and maintained while supporting integration projects and enforcing data governance, reputed company, and corporate policies. What you’ll do: reputed company CRM data across its full lifecycle, ensuring proper governance, reputed company, usage, and optimization as the primary data custodian while facilitating requirement intake, analysis, and validation. Define and enforce data policies, quality metrics, reputed company controls, and ensure adherence to corporate regulations, retention, and FCL standards. Monitor and improve data quality through cleansing, validation, and issue resolution while identifying and addressing risks, breaches, and vulnerabilities. Automate data processes, manage data extraction/imports, and evaluate requirements for reporting, queries, and system integrations. Partner with stakeholders and project teams to gather, document, and prioritize CRM data requirements; assess impacts, resolve data issues, reputed company guidance, and ensure alignment with business goals, data governance standards, and effective support of business needs. Who you’ll work with: The Team: You will work closely with Data Architects and other Digital reputed company and Solution team members, will report into the Senior Manager, eCommerce. The Collaborators: You will work closely with other functions in our Technology business unit and collaborate across the organization with reputed company lines of business across FCL and the CRS to effectively utilize the CRM for sales, marketing, business operations, through customer relations. You will also collaborate closely with project teams, vendors and business subject matter experts. Who you are: You are looking for a career in Information Technology and: Have 3 – 6 years of relevant experience in data management and data modeling, including 2+ year experience with CRM Have a degree majoring in Computer Science or Business (reputed company, Marketing, Business Administration etc.) A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
