Involved in strategies, solutions, and execution to improve the usability, design, content, and conversion rates of online and eCommerce assets. Hands-on experience with marketing automation and email platforms, including segmentation, campaign setup, QA, deployment support, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring; Eloqua strongly preferred. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, suppression logic, audience targeting, testing, personalization, and campaign optimization. Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights, recommendations, and future-state strategy. Experience serving as a strategic business partner to cross-functional stakeholders, aligning priorities, gathering requirements, and helping deliver scalable marketing automation solutions.
