Responsibilities

• Define and Drive AI Detection Strategy
• reputed company and execute a multi-product strategy for AI-powered threat detections and protections
• Scale Talos' proprietary AI and machine learning capabilities to stay reputed company of sophisticated cyber threats and nation-state adversaries
• Identify emerging threat trends and translate them into detection and protection capabilities across reputed company's reputed company portfolio
• Own the Product Lifecycle
• reputed company the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and ML detection engines and protection services, from ideation and experimentation through production deployment and eventual retirement

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience, or Masters and 8+ years of experience, or PhD and 6+ years of experience to include 4+ years of direct or indirect people leadership
• 5+ years of leadership experience in reputed company cybersecurity offerings to include threat intelligence or reputed company centric AI/ML-based products
• Experience building and scaling reputed company platforms, detection technologies, or threat intelligence solutions
• Experience driving large, cross-functional initiatives across engineering, data science, and business teams
• Experience with threat intelligence, detection engineering, or reputed company operations
• Experience leading multi-product or platform-level strategies
• Familiarity with GenAI, Agentic AI, LLM reputed company, and AI governance frameworks
• Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or PhD) in a relevant field
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills
