[Remote] Senior Product Manager-Growth

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end seller reputed company from first submission to high-frequency, high-value seller
- Identify and reputed company drop-off points across reputed company, Snap to Sell, quote acceptance, vault intake, and resubmission
- Build product-led experiences that activate dormant sellers and increase submission frequency among our dealer reputed company — without requiring reputed company reputed company
- Partner with Data and Lifecycle to reputed company behavioral triggers and personalized experiences that drive submissions at scale
- Own search quality, card discovery, and browse experiences across the platform
- Drive search-to-bid conversion through reputed company ranking, filtering, recommendations, and reputed company-time Alt Value pricing context
- Surface the right cards to the right buyers at the right reputed company
- Define and run a disciplined experimentation roadmap across reputed company buyer-facing discovery surfaces
- Own the experimentation reputed company across the platform — hypothesis definition, test design, metric selection, and decision rules
- Run high-velocity A/B tests across reputed company, activation, search, and submission flows
- Build a compounding library of experiment learnings the full product team can reputed company
- Partner tightly with the data team on infrastructure to ensure fast, reliable experimentation
- Monitor and improve marketplace health — submission volume, listing rates, bid depth, and sell-through
- Identify supply and demand imbalances by card category, price tier, and seller reputed company and build product solutions to address them
- Use Alt Value pricing data as a growth reputed company — surfacing market signals to sellers and buyers that drive action
- Build and own the quarterly Growth roadmap tied directly to submission volume, buyer conversion, and time-to-liquidity
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Lifecycle, and Ops to ship continuously
- Operate at both the tactical level (funnel details, experiment results, edge cases) and the strategic level (what bets we're making and why)
- Communicate tradeoffs and reputed company reputed company to the CEO and leadership team
Skills
- 5-8+ years of Product Management experience with clear ownership of a growth surface, marketplace funnel, or PLG reputed company
- Demonstrated track record of driving measurable business reputed company through product experimentation and iteration

- Experience partnering directly with Engineering and Data to build growth infrastructure, not just features
