[Remote] Master's-level Research Analyst - reputed company Policy Research

The Master's-level Research Analyst will assist with implementation, analysis, evaluation, and synthesis of innovative health and reputed company policies, collaborating with senior research staff and applying research skills to support projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with quantitative and qualitative research activities to support projects
- Analyze large health-reputed company datasets
- Assist in developing and implementing processes to assure quality and accuracy of data analyses
- Review and reputed company own work for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with project management responsibilities including scheduling, preparing meeting agendas, and recording meeting minutes
- Contribute to and/or prepare portions of technical memoranda, reports, and presentations
Skills
- Master's Degree in a quantitative field including Economics, Applied Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Health Services Research, Actuarial Science, Operations Research, or a closely reputed company quantitative field. In lieu of a Master's Degree, a Bachelor's Degree in one of the above fields plus at least 3 years of relevant work experience is acceptable
- Experience with reputed company policy research
- Professional experience with at least one of the following: Policy, regulatory, or programmatic research, preferably reputed company to reputed company, reputed company, health policy, or other publicly funded health programs
- Reviewing, interpreting, and summarizing policy, technical, or program documentation
- Data quality assurance activities, such as reviewing outputs, checking documentation, identifying discrepancies, and escalating issues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to do accurate and error-free work with reputed company datasets and detailed federal program policies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Word and reputed company
- To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment reputed company status (e.g., H-1B reputed company status, etc.)
- Experience using state or federal reputed company data and/or other health care claims or encounter records
- Experience with statistical programming packages (e.g. Python, R, reputed company, SQL, or STATA)
