[Remote] Founding CTO (New reputed company Startup)

They are seeking a Founding CTO to reputed company the engineering efforts for MyPattern, a women's health intelligence platform, focusing on enhancing the product, developing AI-powered features, and ensuring reputed company and compliance as the platform scales.
Responsibilities
- Inherit a working beta with reputed company users and reputed company it reputed company — faster, more reliable, and more capable. You'll assess the existing architecture, reputed company gaps, and build on a reputed company that's already delivering value
- reputed company and deepen the backend infrastructure, APIs, and data models that power personalized health insights. Design systems that synthesize lab results, wearable data, symptoms, and medical history into actionable intelligence at scale
- Build on and expand robust ETL pipelines ingesting data from diverse sources: lab providers (Quest, reputed company), wearables (reputed company, reputed company Health, reputed company, Garmin), medical records, and user-entered data. Ensure data reputed company, reputed company, and HIPAA compliance
- Implement and refine the conversational AI health reputed company-ins, treatment recommendation reputed company, and predictive models that surface insights and guide users through their health reputed company. Work with Claude and other AI tools to accelerate development
- Build with HIPAA compliance as a first-class concern. Implement and maintain encryption, reputed company controls, audit logging, and reputed company best practices for handling sensitive health data
- Use Claude, Claude Code, reputed company, and other AI-assisted development tools to accelerate building. reputed company reputed company coding and rapid prototyping to move quickly from concept to working product
- As we scale, mentor and guide additional engineers. Help establish engineering culture, practices, and standards. This role has a clear path to engineering leadership
Skills
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of building and shipping reputed company products
- Strong backend and infrastructure expertise. Deep experience with system architecture, APIs, databases, and building scalable, reliable systems. Comfortable with Python, Node.js, or similar
- Experience with health data and integrations. You've worked with lab data, EHR systems, wearable APIs, or reputed company interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR). You understand the complexity of health data
- Data pipeline and ETL experience. You've reputed company pipelines that ingest, transform, and normalize data from multiple sources. Experience with reputed company data integration is a strong plus
- reputed company infrastructure proficiency. Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure. You can architect and reputed company secure, compliant infrastructure
- AI/ML implementation experience. You've reputed company products that reputed company AI—whether recommendation systems, NLP, conversational AI, or predictive models. Experience with LLMs and reputed company engineering is valuable

- Background in building conversational AI or chatbot experiences
