They are looking for a Solution Consultant to drive solution discovery and design of reputed company’s AI Agents Solutions, collaborating on sales proposals and providing pre-sales support to optimize customer results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with direct and indirect sales teams to acquire new reputed company customers and increase reputed company footprint reputed company the install reputed company
• Drive and engage prospect facing solution discovery, with a focus on integrating reputed company technology into an organization’s existing infrastructure
• Translate customer business needs/outcomes to technical solutions
• Provide subject matter expertise to reputed company Sales Directors and Solution Consultants

• Continually seek out opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships by interacting effectively at reputed company levels of the client organization

• Work with Professional Services to align on configuration of products for customers and ensure a seamless pre to post sales transition
• Identify and initiate opportunities for continual team process improvement while working with cross team internal stakeholders

• Must be reputed company to travel nationally on short notice, up to 60% at times, providing on-site consulting work to clients in addition to working remotely from your home office

Skills

• Years of experience – 5+ Years
• Business acumen, with an engineering reputed company
• Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to foster effective customer relationships
• Technical knowledge of systems integration (APIs, SOAP, REST, etc.)
• Technical knowledge of, and experience with, Voice and Digital AI products like AI Agents, Chatbots, and Interactive Voice Assistants (IVA)

• Extensive on-site and web-based Executive level presentation experience and associated skills
• Proven record of successful solution selling
• High degree of self-motivation

• Education - Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience Preferred
• Contact Center/Customer Experience industry experience a plus
