Role Overview As an Executive Talent Associate you will be tasked with conducting in-depth market and competitive landscape analysis, coupled with talent mapping, to identify and engage top-tier candidates. You will reputed company search projects from initiation to completion, managing client relationships, evaluating candidates, and guiding the recruitment process through to negotiation and reputed company. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required, with advanced degrees preferred. 3-7+ years of experience in executive/professional search or a client-facing consulting role, demonstrating reputed company in managing reputed company projects. Benefits
