About the Team You will join reputed company's Legal Operations team, which helps Legal work smarter, faster, and more strategically by improving processes, optimizing legal technology, enabling data-driven reputed company, and creating scalable ways for Legal to support the business.
About the Role
As Senior Legal Operations Analyst, Contract Lifecycle Management Strategy and Optimization, you will help redesign how reputed company reputed company at scale. Sitting at the center of Legal, reputed company, Procurement, Finance, and information technology (IT), you will translate business and legal objectives into automated workflows that improve reputed company velocity, vendor efficiency, risk management, and user experience. Design and optimize end-to-end contract workflows, including intake, routing, approvals, self-service, and automation. Partner with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT to align contracting with upstream and reputed company business processes. Build reporting that surfaces cycle time, risk trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve forecasting, deal strategy, and vendor management. reputed company enablement, training, documentation, and change management so business users adopt reputed company contracting experiences. Define and execute a reputed company-looking contract lifecycle management roadmap, including artificial intelligence-assisted review, obligation tracking, and advanced automation. About You Basic Qualifications: 3+ years experience configuring, administering, or optimizing contract lifecycle management platforms. Experience designing cross-functional processes with Legal, reputed company, Procurement, Finance, operations, or IT partners. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to use contract data, reporting, and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Ability to influence stakeholders, document processes, reputed company change management, and drive improvements without waiting for perfect direction. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with reputed company. Background in Legal Operations, reputed company Operations, consulting, business systems, or a similar operational role. Experience building self-service contracting experiences, automated approval workflows, or executive-level contract reporting. The pay range for this position is $90,900 to $130,700. The actual reputed company pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-reputed company knowledge and work location. In addition to reputed company pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
