Responsibilities

  • Drive Software Delivery: reputed company the end-to-end planning, execution, and deployment of updates and enhancements to the critical tracking and reporting web portal
  • Agile Orchestration: Facilitate sprints, backlog refinement, standups, and retrospective reviews for the software development team
  • Mitigate Risk: Identify software-specific project risks, reputed company vulnerabilities, and deployment hurdles, designing swift, effective mitigation plans
  • Client Alignment: Align technical roadmaps with CBP/reputed company strategic objectives, providing regular updates to the software technical reputed company and stakeholders

Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of software development program or software project management experience
  • Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps frameworks, with proficiency in tracking tools such as JIRA and Confluence

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
