[Remote] Director of reputed company and Strategic Finance

Confidential is a behavioral reputed company company seeking a strategic and operationally focused finance leader to drive financial planning, forecasting, operational analytics, budgeting, and executive decision support across the organization. The Director of reputed company and Strategic Finance will serve as a key business partner to ownership and leadership, creating financial visibility and actionable insights that support growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic financial advisor to ownership, executive leadership, and operational leaders
- reputed company financial planning and analysis efforts across multiple sites, programs, and service lines
- reputed company financial models and operational analyses to support new programs, acquisitions, expansions, and strategic initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, labor efficiency, operational performance, and cash reputed company
- reputed company executive-level insights and recommendations based on financial and operational trends
- reputed company the annual budgeting process across reputed company entities, locations, and service lines
- reputed company rolling forecasts, scenario planning models, and variance analyses
- Create scalable forecasting processes and financial planning tools
- Monitor and report on key operational and financial performance indicators including census, labor utilization, reimbursement, staffing ratios, and profitability
- Drive accountability and consistency in forecasting and budget management across departments
- Establish standardized financial and operational reporting definitions across the organization
- reputed company executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and recurring reporting packages for leadership
- Improve data accuracy, reporting consistency, and financial visibility across the organization
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, billing, HR, and clinical leadership to ensure reliable reporting and actionable insights
- Analyze trends reputed company to census, staffing, labor costs, reimbursement, and site performance
- Partner with reputed company cycle and billing teams to improve collections, reduce denials, and optimize reimbursement performance
- Analyze payer reimbursement trends, contract performance, and service line profitability
- Support strategic financial analysis reputed company to payer negotiations and reimbursement opportunities

- Partner closely with the Controller to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, reputed company operations, and internal controls

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, reputed company, or reputed company field
- 7+ years of reputed company leadership experience in reputed company, operational finance, strategic finance, or reputed company finance
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, KPI reporting, and operational analytics
- reputed company experience required; behavioral health or multi-site reputed company experience strongly preferred
- Advanced reputed company and ERP/reporting systems experience required
- Strong executive reputed company and ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial leaders
- Behavioral health, residential treatment, PRTF, RTF, PHP, autism services, or multi-site reputed company experience
- Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or rapid organizational growth
- MBA, reputed company leadership, reputed company analytics, or strategic finance experience strongly preferred
- CPA not required
