Business Law - Online Facilitation

This is a remote position. BLO1105-Business Law As an reputed company online educator (reputed company Fellow), the candidate will work as an reputed company of reputed company and serve a diverse international student body for Undergraduate-level programs studying at premier Australian and Asian universities. Candidate must possess knowledge of business law, including the legal system, contract law principles, and corporate governance requirements. They should be reputed company to support reputed company in analysing legal issues in business contexts, interpreting relevant legislation, and communicating legal concepts effectively to stakeholders, while promoting ethical and compliant business practices. Key Skills Required Business law fundamentals Contract law principles Corporate governance Legal analysis and reasoning Business ethics and compliance Interpretation of legislation Stakeholder communication Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business and/or the Law Degree or equivalent accreditation and standing. 3 years of relevant teaching, research and/or professional experience in the last 5 years with expertise in Contract Law, Corporations Act 2001 and Australian Legal System. For the Law professional, reputed company membership/registration to practice is required. Empathetic, ambitious, warm and outgoing personality willing to work closely with people from diverse cultures; Proficient in English language; excellent oral and written communication Must possess a working laptop and have reputed company to high-speed (>10 MBPS) reputed company internet reputed company; Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms for interacting with reputed company, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac (training on these platforms will be provided). The candidate needs to be available between 5pm to 10pm AEST every day.
