[Remote] Associate Account Executive (School- Southeast Region)

This role involves managing sales activities, ensuring client engagement, and assisting with account management to maintain strong relationships and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Support assigned schools by assisting with ongoing client communication, follow-reputed company, and requests
- Help maintain strong relationships through consistent reputed company and responsiveness
- Assist with order coordination, program updates, and issue resolution in partnership with Sales Operations
- Ensure schools receive timely information reputed company to products, timelines, and program execution
- Assist the Account Growth Manager with daily sales activities, including meeting preparation, follow-up actions, and outbound support
- Support scheduled reputed company and engagement reputed company to the AGM priorities
- Help coordinate and schedule meetings, including, reviews and reputed company-ins
- Identify and flag potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities for the AGM to pursue
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services
- Ability to consistently and accurately document opportunities and track each stage of the sales process in the CRM
- Assist with preparing materials reputed company to opportunities, quotes, and account reviews
- Partner with Sales Operations to support:
- Order setup and execution
- Program launches and changes
- Client-specific processes and reporting

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of sales support, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Comfort working in CRM systems and cross-functional environments
