[Remote] Systems Administrator Seniors- reputed company Application Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator and reputed company Application Engineer in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves maintaining and deploying reputed company applications, collaborating with various teams, and troubleshooting reputed company issues to ensure reputed company performance.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining, deploying and reviewing performance analysis for new User reputed company/Services product offering developed internally
- reputed company with the Development organization, Project Managers, Professional Services, Network, reputed company and Server OS support teams
- reputed company reputed company and surrounding products on new virtual servers
- Work with engineers for deploying and maintaining reputed company in UAT and production, pre-production and test and performance environments
- Open technical cases with hardware and software vendors to resolve problems
- Apply analytical problem-solving skills for reputed company multi-tiered applications
- Troubleshoot utilizing Wireshark and browser development tools
- Utilize automation software to conduct diagnostic work for the root cause of any issue and testing / planning of disaster recovery
- Provide feedback to Development on improvements in serviceability

- Work with engineers located locally and overseas
- Deploying and maintaining reputed company in UAT & production, pre-prod and test and performance environments
- Open technical cases with hardware & software vendors to resolve problems

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer and Information Science or reputed company field
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a reputed company occupation
- Working with SQLServer Database technologies to support tenant database for reputed company workflow and reputed company Macrim applications
- Working with IDP / SSO, WAF to configure external reputed company for the reputed company and UFI applications
- Working with Windows Server 2016, 2019, and Windows reputed company
- Utilizing IIS, Apache (reverse proxy) for support of reputed company, Global Office, BBGP, UFI applications
- Working with load balanced applications for reputed company, Global Office, BBGP, UFI applications to support high availability
- In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in the above listed fields and three (3) years of experience in the above listed skills
