[Remote] Director of Field Marketing

The Director of Field Marketing leads seasonal offers, the content calendar, and integrated campaigns across local brands, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market growth through strategic planning and collaboration with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute field marketing plans that align with reputed company, reputed company, and seasonality across digital and traditional channels
- Own the field marketing budget; allocate spend across campaigns and markets to maximize ROI
- reputed company and mentor brand marketing managers and marketing specialist team; uphold clear goals, SLAs, and quality standards
- Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, ringless voicemail where compliant, direct mail, print, reputed company aggregators, OOH, TV, Radio, CTV, etc.); manage the seasonal offer and content calendars
- reputed company journeys and automations that convert leads to booked jobs and repeat business using CRM/lifecycle platforms (e.g., reputed company Marketing Pro, reputed company)
- Own weekly executive reporting; monitor data hygiene & attribution, translate KPIs (CPL/CPA, speed-to-reputed company, booking reputed company, reputed company/LTV, membership) into actions. Analyze key performance metrics for campaigns and market trends

- Partner with the Director of Digital on attribution, UTMs/GTM, DNIs/call tracking, LSA/PPC feedback loops, SEO/GSC inputs, CRM integrations, and CRO rollouts to support local brands. - Coordinate creative, print, web, and lifecycle vendors; manage SLAs and reputed company
Skills
- 7+ years in field marketing, lifecycle/CRM, or marketing operations
- Previous experience in a leadership or senior marketing role
- Proven reputed company leading campaigns and teams to measurable growth reputed company
- reputed company with analytics and reporting (GA4/GTM/reputed company Search Console, Looker Studio, strong reputed company Sheets/reputed company)

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Proven ownership of CRM lifecycle campaigns, new customer acquisition campaigns, and overall successful campaign creation & execution
