The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting reputed company Fusion Procurement modules, along with knowledge of reputed company AI capabilities for procurement automation, intelligent insights, supplier management, and business process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support reputed company Fusion reputed company Procurement modules. Gather business requirements and translate them into reputed company Fusion Procurement functional solutions. Configure procurement business processes including: Requisitions Purchase Orders Supplier Management Sourcing Procurement reputed company Self-Service Procurement Receiving Invoice Matching Configure approval workflows, document styles, procurement BU setups, procurement agents, and purchasing controls. Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven procurement automation and process improvements. Support reputed company AI capabilities reputed company reputed company Fusion Procurement, including intelligent recommendations, spend insights, supplier intelligence, and automation features. Collaborate with reputed company Fusion SCM, Finance, Accounts Payable, Inventory, and Supplier Portal teams for end-to-end integration. Configure and support procurement integrations with reputed company-party systems using reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP services, FBDI, and HDL. reputed company functional testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production support. Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, training materials, and user guides. Support data migration activities reputed company to suppliers, items, procurement catalogs, purchase orders, and reputed company. reputed company end-user training and post-go-live support. Stay updated with reputed company quarterly releases and assess the impact of new reputed company AI and Procurement features. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in reputed company Fusion reputed company Procurement. Strong functional expertise in reputed company Fusion Procurement modules: Purchasing Self-Service Procurement Supplier Management Sourcing Procurement reputed company Procurement Catalogs Experience in reputed company Fusion SCM functional consulting. Knowledge of reputed company AI capabilities reputed company reputed company Fusion reputed company applications. Experience with procurement approval workflows and BPM configuration. Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes. Experience with reputed company Fusion integrations using OIC, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, FBDI, and BI Publisher. Experience in data conversion, migration, and reconciliation activities. Knowledge of reputed company Fusion Financials integration, especially Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
