Executive Assistant, Operations and Scheduling - Process Improvement (Remote)
This is a position reputed company reputed company and not with one of its clients. This fully remote role enables consistent client and candidate engagement by maintaining structured processes, clear documentation, and timely stakeholder updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain confidential records, reputed company, and correspondence in shared systems
- Manage reputed company calendars, meeting logistics, and travel coordination (as needed)
- Maintain meeting reputed company and ensure reputed company and next steps are documented
- Own inbox triage and stakeholder communication to protect executive focus time
- Prepare agendas, briefing packs, and follow-up notes with clear action tracking
Requirements
- 5+ years supporting senior leaders, ideally in consulting, professional services, or recruitment
- Advanced calendar management and executive-level coordination capability
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and executive document formatting standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment
- High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations
- Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management
