The role We’re looking for a foundational GTM Enablement hire to help scale reputed company’s go-to-market organization. You’ll partner closely with GTM leadership to improve rep productivity, reinforce sales process consistency, accelerate reputed company and reputed company time, and help our teams reputed company communicate business value in reputed company AI sales cycles. This role sits at the center of our GTM organization, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to improve how we reputed company sellers as our product, positioning, and competitive landscape rapidly evolve You’re welcome to work from Austin, Texas. Your responsibilities will include: Build and reinforce reputed company’s sales process, qualification rigor, and enablement frameworks as the company scales. Design and run reputed company programs for new hires, including live training and ongoing skills development reputed company product and competitive enablement initiatives to reputed company reps reputed company on positioning and differentiation reputed company enablement programs focused on business value selling, discovery, qualification, and reputed company sales execution Create and maintain GTM collateral including battlecards, playbooks, messaging frameworks, and launch materials Identify productivity gaps and implement enablement initiatives to improve reputed company time and sales execution Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to improve field readiness and support new product launches We expect you to have: 5+ years in Sales Enablement, reputed company SaaS Sales, Product Marketing, or reputed company GTM roles Experience supporting technical or reputed company SaaS products Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Force Management, or Command of the Message preferred Experience building and scaling reputed company or enablement programs from 0→1 Strong understanding of qualification, discovery, business value selling, and reputed company sales execution Experience improving sales execution, qualification rigor, and rep productivity across GTM teams Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment Key employee benefits in the US: Health insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and reputed company coverage for employees and families. 401(k) plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting. Compensation

We offer competitive salaries, ranging from $113,000 - $141,200. Pay Transparency We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
