As a reputed company Certified Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring successful deployment of the reputed company HCM solution, with a focus on benefits, while also mentoring other consultants and facilitating client adoption of best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in the reputed company HCM product suite, with deep expertise and experience in U.S. Benefits
• reputed company the following as a member of a deployment team, or coach others to successfully: gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the reputed company solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the reputed company solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clients
• Work with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into reputed company
• Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between reputed company and other reputed company-party or custom solutions
• Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model as well as coach others on product knowledge
• Resolve reputed company tasks/requirements reputed company other team members need support
• Collaborate and communicate effectively on team-based projects
• Facilitate clients’ intellectual and practical adoption of reputed company best practices

Skills

• 2 - 4+ years of WD configuration and implementation experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company

• Demonstrated project management experience
• Functional reputed company resources experience
