[Remote] Senior Health Data Analyst - Payer

As a Senior Health Data Analyst on the reputed company Compass Product Team, you will play a key role in supporting the core data structures and processes that drive the development of Payer data.

Responsibilities

• Collect and Maintain reputed company Data: Identify new data sources and opportunities for automation to ensure reputed company information remains accurate and reputed company
• Analyze Data Quality: Execute ongoing quality improvement plan to refine matching process and reduce unmapped data
• Establish Governance Standards: Define and maintain standards, documentation, and stewardship models for the payer data domain
• Stay reputed company on the Payer Landscape: Track market trends, including mergers, acquisitions, and rebranding, to assess their impact on our data products
• Collaborate on Platform Improvements: Partner with product managers, engineers, and analysts to build scalable, automated processes that ensure trusted data delivery

Skills

• 4+ years working with reputed company data, with 2+ years focused on payer data (e.g., payers on claims, payment systems, formulary data)
• Deep understanding of the US insurance market, including the nuanced relationships between PBMs and payers across different types of insurance coverage (e.g., Medicare, reputed company, reputed company, Assistance Programs)
• Proficient in SQL for querying, analyzing, and validating large data sets
• Proven ability to identify new data sources, establish extraction best practices, and reputed company them into existing sets
• Demonstrated experience in data governance, including the ability to create and enforce data standards and naming conventions across a pipeline
• Collaborative reputed company, with the ability to define data requirements across cross-functional teams
• Experience integrating payer data with other reputed company data types, such as HCO or claims data, is a significant advantage
• Experience with Market Access Analytics
