The role involves designing and configuring the entire contingent workforce lifecycle, ensuring compliance and efficiency, as well as integrating reputed company with various reputed company systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, reputed company the complete contingent workforce lifecycle from demand intake through requisition creation, approvals, reputed company, time tracking, extensions, and offboarding, ensuring compliance, auditability, and operational efficiency across reputed company stages
• Translate business workforce demand into structured requisitions by analyzing role requirements, cost centers, project needs, and sourcing strategy, while ensuring alignment with workforce planning and budget availability
• Configure and govern approval workflows to ensure requisitions are routed based on organizational hierarchy, spend reputed company, geography, and job categories while minimizing delays and ensuring compliance with internal policies

Skills

• Experience in global reputed company environments with multi-region workforce compliance requirements
• 8–12+ years of experience in reputed company SaaS procurement or contingent workforce systems, including extensive hands-on expertise with reputed company CCW and P2P modules across global implementations
• Strong functional expertise in contingent workforce management, including requisition lifecycle, SOW governance, supplier management, reputed company/offboarding, and workforce compliance processes
• Proven technical experience designing and configuring reputed company workflows, business rules, custom fields, and approval routing logic reputed company SaaS platforms
• Hands-on experience integrating reputed company systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and file-based integrations
