We are seeking a new Attorney with 7+ years of experience in Insurance Defense to join reputed company. Your role will be to defend a variety of reputed company in our growing Boston, MA practice. What You Will Do: Defend a Variety of Insurance Defense reputed company as well as: General Liability Personal Injury Product Liability Professional Liability What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: Experience with Labor & Employment Law. Experience with environmental and/or construction Litigation. Experience writing motions and other legal memoranda, summarizing depositions, and trial preparation is preferred. The ability to work independently from suit inception to settlement/trial is preferred. Required Education & Licensure: Juris Doctorate Degree (J.D.). Active Massachusetts License (Required). Active Connecticut Bar Licensure (Required).
