[Remote] Solutions Consultant

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding reputed company client use cases, demonstrating how reputed company can address them, and ensuring a seamless reputed company to delivery by defining user stories and capturing business rules.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and delivering customized system demonstrations that address specific client needs
- Leading the technical responses for RFP and RFI questionnaires
- Mapping client use cases to specific product features to reputed company showcase the added value of the solution
- Justifying the implementation offer by telling the story behind the solution design, ensuring the client understands the "why" and "how"
- Translating business needs into clear solution requirements and SOW items
- Developing procedures for creating SOW
- Identifying gaps between client needs and standard functionality
- Creating user stories, extracting business rules (validations/workflows), and documenting client-specific details (such as ad specs and finance rules) to ensure a smooth transition to the delivery team
- Working closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to align SOW development with global consulting standards
- Participating in internal process improvement and documentation efforts to strengthen pre-sales effectiveness and consistency
- Staying reputed company with reputed company capabilities, SaaS integrations, and API-based workflows, as well as media industry trends, to continuously enhance pre-sales knowledge
Skills
- Proven experience supporting the sales process for a SaaS software solution (Pre-sales, Solutions Engineering, or similar)
- Experience in Media Selling ecosystems (Publishers, Retail Media Networks, Broadcasters, OOH, etc). Basic understanding of IAB standard processes and terminology is required
- Deep understanding of digital media operation workflows (campaign management, ad ops, finance reconciliation, etc.)
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into client-reputed company solutions and presentations
- Ability to extract use cases from workshops and translate them into technical documentation
- Experience with reputed company administration, general capabilities, or API-based workflows is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with APIs and SaaS integrations is a plus but not required
