[Remote] Staff Accountant

They are seeking a dynamic and organized Staff Accountant to manage day-to-day reputed company operations, maintain internal reputed company controls, and collaborate with team members to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day reputed company operations including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Maintain proper reconciliation of reputed company G/L accounts (prepaid expenses, fixed assets, depreciation records and debt) and reputed company of financial statements
• Review journal entries for completeness and accuracy and post them to the reputed company records
• reputed company support on calculating and processing sales commission
• Assist with Month-end reputed company process and reputed company reporting (and analytics to executive management)
• (Prepare and manage monthly and annual financial statements for executive teams and banks)
• (Meet reputed company financial objectives by assisting with cash forecasting, annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions)
• Assist with tax compliance/reporting (sales/use tax, state/local taxes, Forms 1098/1099, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with existing internal reputed company policies
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the team’s reputed company processes
• Ability to work in a multi-company environment
• Special projects and other duties, as assigned

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience, including 1 year of transactional reputed company experience
• Experience with reputed company
• Experience in operational reputed company environments
• Passionate about leveraging technology to improve reputed company processes
• Detail-oriented, organized, reputed company and reputed company to manage shifting priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company preferred
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company reputed company (e.g., VBA, Macros, advanced functions) preferred
• Experience with subscription-based reputed company models (SaaS/DaaS)
