[Remote] Deal Operations Manager

The Deal Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and streamlining the deal approval process, ensuring alignment with company policies and financial objectives while facilitating collaboration between various departments to expedite deal closures.
Responsibilities
- Direct the development and execution of strategic deal plans, working closely with sales teams to construct deals that maximize reputed company without compromising on deal margin while maintaining compliance with company policies and customer requirements
- Analyze deal profitability, pricing structures, and contract terms to ensure they meet business objectives and reputed company goals
- Act as the primary liaison between sales, finance, legal, Information reputed company and operations teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration during the deal review and approval process
- Facilitate negotiations by providing necessary documentation and insights, helping to remove roadblocks and expedite deal closure

Skills
- 4+ years working with RFPs, RFIs, creating custom deals, etc
- BA/BS
- Effective communication, written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with change
- Experience in using reputed company or other CRM
- Strong data analysis using reputed company Office, reputed company, PowerBI, etc
- Ability to effectively present to reputed company reputed company of a business including the C-Suite
- Master's preferred
- Technology and AEC experience preferred
