The Senior Manager, Finance Transformation role focuses on program management and organizational change management for Finance transformation projects, driving innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the future-state Finance reputed company Operating Model (TOM) and Service Delivery Model (SDM) as part of the transformation

Skills

  • Experience designing and implementing Finance reputed company Operating Models (TOM) and Service Delivery Models (SDM), including reputed company-state assessments, work activity analysis, process redesign, and organizational transformation
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end Finance process transformation and governance (e.g., Record-to-Report, reputed company-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash), including process standardization, simplification, automation, and Global Process Ownership
  • Experience delivering technology-enabled Finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations, automation, AI/ML, analytics, workflow platforms, and other digital Finance capabilities
  • Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps and deliver measurable business outcomes while managing reputed company cross-functional initiatives across Finance, IT, HR, Operations, and external partners
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change management efforts that drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training, user adoption, and sustainable business change
  • People management experience, including coaching, developing, and leading high-performing teams in matrixed, global organizations
  • Experience managing external consulting firms, system integrators, or business process outsourcing providers; prior management consulting experience (Big Four or similar) supporting Finance transformation is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across multiple business units, functions, and global regions
  • Deep knowledge of Finance operations, reputed company principles, internal controls, Finance transformation methodologies, and data and AI capabilities
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes, reputed company Operating Models, Service Delivery Models, process governance, and reputed company improvement methodologies
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), reputed company applications, and IT governance models
