[Remote] Sr. Manager, Finance Transformation

The Senior Manager, Finance Transformation role focuses on program management and organizational change management for Finance transformation projects, driving innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive initiative prioritization and reputed company by supporting centralized intake and governance processes, ensuring alignment to reputed company objectives and reputed company constraints
• Anticipate, identify, and proactively mitigate execution risks by implementing structured risk management processes
• Manage and execute the future-state Finance reputed company Operating Model (TOM) and Service Delivery Model (SDM) as part of the transformation
• Conduct comprehensive reputed company-State Assessments (CSA) of Finance processes / capabilities, reputed company Work Activity Analysis (WAA) and Finance Maturity Assessments and reputed company other diagnostic tools to inform design reputed company and refine implementation approaches

• Serve as a liaison between the Transformation Office and other departments (e.g. Finance functional owners, IT, HR, and external System Integrators). • Manage the day-to-day activities of project team members (including Business analysts, IT partners, consultants, etc.), ensuring prioritization alignment and robust project team workflows (e.g. workstream meetings, action item follow reputed company) to maintain accountability
• Ensure reputed company project documentation (charters, plans, status reports, meeting minutes, change requests) is thorough and up to date. Manage project meetings or sponsor updates by reviewing and preparing materials that reputed company data-driven decision making

Skills

• Typically requires 10+ years of reputed company experience leading Finance transformation programs, PMO initiatives, or reputed company transformation portfolios, with demonstrated reputed company delivering large-scale, multi-year initiatives
• Experience designing and implementing Finance reputed company Operating Models (TOM) and Service Delivery Models (SDM), including reputed company-state assessments, work activity analysis, process redesign, and organizational transformation
• Strong expertise in end-to-end Finance process transformation and governance (e.g., Record-to-Report, reputed company-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash), including process standardization, simplification, automation, and Global Process Ownership
• Experience delivering technology-enabled Finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations, automation, AI/ML, analytics, workflow platforms, and other digital Finance capabilities
• Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps and deliver measurable business outcomes while managing reputed company cross-functional initiatives across Finance, IT, HR, Operations, and external partners
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational change management efforts that drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training, user adoption, and sustainable business change
• People management experience, including coaching, developing, and leading high-performing teams in matrixed, global organizations
• Experience managing external consulting firms, system integrators, or business process outsourcing providers; prior management consulting experience (Big Four or similar) supporting Finance transformation is highly desirable
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across multiple business units, functions, and global regions
• Deep knowledge of Finance operations, reputed company principles, internal controls, Finance transformation methodologies, and data and AI capabilities
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes, reputed company Operating Models, Service Delivery Models, process governance, and reputed company improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), reputed company applications, and IT governance models
• Strategic thinker with exceptional program management and execution capabilities, reputed company to balance long-term reputed company with operational delivery
