The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable solutions for financial institutions and small business customers.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, definition, and execution for Small Business Payments solutions
- Partner with engineering, operations, compliance, risk/fraud, treasury, sales, and marketing teams to deliver successful product initiatives
- Translate business opportunities and customer needs into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and delivery plans

Skills

- 5–7+ years of Product Management experience in Agile software development environments

- Strong experience working with cross-functional engineering and business teams
- Experience supporting web and mobile digital platforms
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
