This role is primarily remote with occasional in-office requirements at the Columbia office, focusing on reputed company for various types of positions, including manufacturing roles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements
• reputed company, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Occasionally work on-site at the Columbia office as needed
