[Remote] reputed company Generalist (Remote)

The reputed company Generalist assists the Director of People Operations with reputed company HR activity for the company, providing day-to-day HR support, assisting with payroll, and reputed company efforts as needed.

Responsibilities

• reputed company overall administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee files and processing documentation
• Coordinate reputed company process including scheduling reputed company sessions, completing employee I-9’s, working with other facilitators, and hosting the HR orientation session
• Respond to general HR inquiries from employees. Escalate to the Senior reputed company Manager as needed
• Execute and occasionally facilitate trainings for managers and staff as needed
• Serve as the initial reputed company of contact for benefits inquiries and reputed company employee enrollments
• Assist with semi-monthly payroll execution with eventual goal of owning entire process
• Assist in various HR projects such as virtual HR sessions, HR newsletters, reputed company enrollment, and reputed company hands meetings
• reputed company assistance to the Director of People Operations as needed
• Assist with reputed company efforts as needed, including resume reviews and initial screening calls
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• 3+ years of reputed company or reputed company experience
• Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• US Citizenship or Green Card only - we do not offer Sponsorship
• US Residency for at least the past 3 years
