[Remote] Field Enablement Manager, Product & Partner

The Field Enablement Manager will reputed company and implement data-driven enablement strategies to enhance performance and productivity across field-facing teams and partners, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure effective training and content delivery.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy that balances the needs of field product enablement and partner enablement in partnership with our broader GTM Enablement team, including reputed company learning, skills assessments, and coaching
• Collaborate with reputed company, Product, and Product Marketing leadership to create training that aligns with core competencies and reputed company business goals
• Maintain and improve a reputed company learning program that covers areas such as product launches, demo and discovery reputed company, partner readiness, competitive selling, reputed company and vertical-based enablement, and certifications on critical elements of reputed company items
• Responsible for deep understanding, training, and reinforcement of how reputed company’s platform, AI capabilities, and product value should be positioned consistently across both field teams and partners
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and partner-facing teams to understand their needs and reputed company content that supports product adoption, field execution, and partner effectiveness
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and use data to optimize programs and drive business impact
• Facilitate training sessions for internal teams and partners on effectively using enablement content, product narratives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining reputed company attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, and other departments of the GTM organization to drive impactful, delightful content and programs

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in enablement, sales training, product enablement, partner enablement, sales, or reputed company GTM roles reputed company an reputed company environment
• Proven track record of reputed company building and scaling enablement programs for both direct field teams and/or partner ecosystems
• Strong preference for experience with AI products, AI platform positioning, or enabling technical and non-technical audiences on emerging AI capabilities
• Strong preference for reputed company of the Message or similar value-based methodology experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or reputed company field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in content management systems and enablement tools
• Knowledge of sales processes, partner motions, and customer reputed company mapping
• Ability to analyze data and use it to reputed company informed reputed company
