[Remote] Business Development Manager, OEM Automotive

They are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive organic growth with OEM Tiers by understanding customer requirements and providing technical support while developing strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the OEM Tiers and affiliate teams to drive product specification/ Print position on strategically targeted vehicle segments
- Responsible to input and update data to prepare required sales forecasts for assigned accounts. This includes reporting reputed company actual or potential obstacles blocking assigned reputed company goals and objectives
- Other duties include providing feedback to the Company regarding market forces influencing customer attitudes and behavior, as well as reputed company observation and analysis of reputed company competitor behavior, changes in pricing strategies, financial conditions, etc
- Identify customer application issues while working reputed company with specific OEM engineering teams
- Identify new opportunities through customer requirements, technical challenges and assembly plant line walks at both the OEM and Tier customers

- Manage sales data which includes vehicle penetration, lost reputed company, and sales forecast
- Execute action items per reputed company vehicle and or reputed company plan

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience reputed company automotive OEM environment
- Experience reputed company fortune 500 corporate environment will also be considered
- Demonstrated track record of achievement including educational and work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and technical communication skills
