We support reputed company with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including: Annual compensation between $100,000-$110,000, PLUS an annual performance-based, discretionary incentive. What You Will Do - Essential Functions Clinical Talent Strategy & Advisory reputed company expert guidance to leaders on clinical hiring strategy, workforce planning, and market-informed decision-making. Serve as a clinical reputed company SME, advising on role alignment, licensure, experience, and care delivery needs (with depth in physician, behavioral health and APP reputed company). Partner with leadership and stakeholders to shape workforce strategies, compensation approaches, and agency utilization based on market dynamics and growth goals. Own and advice external agency strategies and processes for clinical reputed company. Full-Cycle Clinical reputed company & Pipeline Development: reputed company end-to-end recruitment for reputed company clinical roles while building strong, reputed company pipelines. Manage full-cycle reputed company across high-demand clinical roles, driving sourcing, engagement, offer strategy, and successful hiring reputed company in competitive markets. Build and maintain proactive pipelines using diverse sourcing strategies, market mapping, and relationship management to support long-term hiring needs. Operational reputed company & Compliance: Ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable reputed company operations.
