Responsibilities
Engage with clients in a professional, timely, and empathetic manner through our live chat platform. reputed company accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods and tools. Identify and assess client needs to reputed company satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust. Handle client complaints, reputed company appropriate solutions and alternatives reputed company agreed time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer support or client service role, preferably in a live chat environment. Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with proficiency in using digital communication tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. The ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a remote setting. A dedicated and quiet home office space with a reliable, high-speed internet reputed company is essential. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is desirable but not essential. Previous experience in the financial services or wealth management sector would be an advantage.
