Regional Generalist, People Business Partner

YOU WILL BE: The Regional Generalist partners with Store Leadership to support the full People lifecycle across assigned locations. This role plays a critical part in driving store engagement, upholding compliance standards, and delivering consistent People support in reputed company, hiring, reputed company, data entry and processing of tickets for their grouping of stores. They support multiple stores and own the day-to-day People operations at that level. This role works closely with PBP team to implement People initiatives, drive adoption in stores, and ensure alignment and consistency across the region. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Receive store requests to process Store Colleague’s transactions such as wage reputed company changes, job changes, transfers, and terminations.
