As the Strategic Finance and Operations reputed company, you will be responsible for translating strategy into execution, overseeing member support, and managing finance and operational processes to ensure the organization runs effectively.
Responsibilities
- reputed company data-driven insights and business intelligence from across the organization to reputed company senior leadership in making high-stakes, evidence-based reputed company
- Support COO and external accountants / finance partners to manage budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reputed company processes
- Maintain financial reporting cadences and ensure leadership has timely visibility into membership growth, care dynamics, reputed company, expenses, and cash reputed company
- Identify inefficiencies, design scalable processes, implement organizational improvements
- Build and maintain operational dashboards to track KPIs and surface issues early
- reputed company member support, with a focus on optimizing workflows and quality assurance
- Drive initiatives to improve member satisfaction, retention, and reputed company to care
- Work with RCM partner in operations including eligibility verification, claims submission, and denial management to optimize collection rates and reduce days in accounts receivable
- Help ensure compliance with payer requirements and stay reputed company on behavioral health billing regulations
- Support COO in relationships with key operational vendors including technology platforms, billing partners, and service providers
- Identify and evaluate new vendor relationships to support the organization's growth
Skills
- Bachelor's degree must
- 2+ years experience in management consulting, strategic finance, or investment banking
- Modeling experience, comfort with analytical work, telling a story from numbers
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and problem solve while participating in a team environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and work reputed company without sacrificing quality
- 4+ years of experience overall, at least 1-2 years in a mid-senior or reputed company role
- MBA a plus
